About Amanda Tatum

Established farm and ranch realtor Amanda Tatum has spent years investing in property and remodeling historic homes (her own homes, too!), so her eventual foray into real estate felt like fulfilling her destiny. She officially began her career as a realtor in 2011 and has since significantly expanded her business to focus on historical, luxury residential, investment, and farm properties. 

Amanda's primary motivator is ensuring her clients are well taken care of––as if they were part of her family! She is an efficient and creative real estate professional that excels at creating a seamless transaction process from beginning to end. No rule says real estate can't be fun! Every day is a new opportunity brimming with unique challenges that Amanda tackles with gusto. Her construction experience means she is adept at advising her clients on construction, development, and remodeling. Her clients will also be privy to her many contacts, including contractors, handymen, and more. 

Her professional marketing degree from St. Edward’s University combined with her experience working in marketing and business development for Fortune 500 companies like Pfizer and Bausch + Lomb give her an added edge when marketing homes and navigating the industry landscape. 

Amanda is a vocal advocate of Bellville's rustic, small-town charms. Many of her clients are Houston, Katy, and Cypress residents seeking a change of pace by relocating to the idyllic countryside. As someone intimately familiar with the many small towns scattered throughout Bellville, Brenham, and Round Top, Amanda is the perfect person for the job. She is also an expert on the many lake communities of Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay.

Amanda lives on a farm with her husband and three sons. Together, they raise longhorns and have a small menagerie of animals, including a pig, a horse, goats, three cats, and three dogs! Her boys are athletic and active, involved in numerous sports ranging from football to taekwondo. Amanda is very involved in their activities and also supports the Boys & Girls Club of Austin County. On weekends, she likes to visit the Round Top, dine at 22 N Holland, spend lazy afternoons at Lake LBJ, and frequent Market Days on the Square.
