Established farm and ranch realtor Amanda Tatum has spent years investing in property and remodeling historic homes. She began her career at Capital City Sotheby’s in Austin in 2011 and has since significantly expanded her business to focus on historical, luxury, residential, lake estates, farm & ranch and other unique properties.
Amanda's primary motivator is ensuring her clients are well taken care of throughout the entire process and has a team to help her do so. Her professional marketing degree from St. Edward’s University combined with her experience working in marketing and business development for Fortune 500 companies like Pfizer and Bausch + Lomb give her an added edge when marketing homes and navigating the industry landscape.
A member of the Bellville Class of ‘97, Amanda is an avid supporter of the City of Bellville, Bellville ISD and Bellville Athletics and loves being part of this tight knit community. Many of her clients are Houston, Katy, and Cypress residents seeking a change of pace by relocating to the idyllic countryside. As someone intimately familiar with the many small towns scattered throughout Bellville, Brenham, and Round Top, Amanda has the knowledge, expertise and local relationships needed to assist in a smooth transaction. She is also an expert on the many lake communities of Bee Cave, Lake Travis, Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay, having grown up spending time on the Colorado River Lakes. Amanda also lived in the Austin area for almost 20 years and started her career in the lake communities.
In 2015 The Tatums left the city (Lake Travis- Austin) and moved to their family farm in Bellville where they enjoy raising their three boys in a small town. The boys assist in their longhorn breeding operation and taking care of a variety animals - including a pig, a horse, goats, three cats, three rabbits and three dogs. Her boys are involved in numerous sports and outdoor activities which keep everyone busy in a good way! Amanda is very involved in their activities and enjoys volunteering for the Boys & Girls Club of Austin County and the Bluebonnet Society of Austin County.
